This subscription is a rotation of coffees roasted for low acidity and high sweetness, great for espresso. 

This is what we recommend to those who typically drink dark roast.  While there is no acrid or char flavors, acidity is muted for a balanced espresso and a rich, full cup that pairs perfectly with milk and sugar if you prefer it.
